I offer a range of custom designed porcelain jewelry & mugs in special colors, styles, clay bodies and quantity for your needs—whether you're creating something unique for yourself or need a large duplicate order for gifts. Everything is tailored and handmade to order. Most lead times are 4 weeks. Durning the months of Nov- Jan lead times can be longer than a month.

Please feel free to email me if you're interested in a large order and we can discuss if your request is possible. Please note that extra time is needed -- sometimes multiple months -- to fulfill large orders on top of my regular production schedule.

Yes! All of my pots intended for food are made with food & dinnerware safe lead-free glazes and are microwave and dishwasher safe. If you drop them or knock them against other hard objects they can crack, chip or break. Many potters do suggest careful hand washing, but it is not necessary. With any pottery used for food, if you see cracks or chips it is best to retire them from food use to prevent bacterial contamination and/or material leaching into food.

Shipping, Returns & Refund FAQ’s

I pack and ship orders via USPS priority mail. Ready-to-ship pieces are mailed 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase to make & ship. Please account for these time frames when purchasing.
Most of my packaging materials are craft paper, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. I usually ship in double boxes to help with cushioning but that unfortunately increases the size and weight of an item. I try to use a recycled clay box as an outer box for mugs.

Sorry, at this time I do not offer international shipping due to craziness of tariffs and their costs. However, if you are really interested and are willing to pay for tariffs into your country we can talk options.

Ceramic items are fragile, require lots of packaging, and can be heavy which is why it can cost more to ship. I do my best to pack and ship pieces as safely as I can while keeping your costs as low as possible. If you placed multiple orders with me and it's safe to do so, I will consolidate items and refund any shipping overages.

I take every precaution to package my ceramics securely. If an item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll arrange a replacement or return, provided:
You must email me within 48 hours of delivery with:
An unboxing video showing the damage
Clear images of the packaging and damaged product
Your order number and contact information
I will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Owing to the handmade nature, my products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Every piece is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping to ensure fulfilling customer experience, though minor variations in the product are part of their artisanal appeal. Please inspect the pictures and/or get in touch with any questions before purchasing.

All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. My luxury ceramic tableware are handmade from start to end. No two pieces are identical in shape, weight, balance, or finish, and it is this uniqueness that we celebrate here at Rock Paper Scissor Designs. These handmade inconsistencies do not affect the quality of our ceramics in any way, and each piece is made to last for years.

Unfortunately, if your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, I cannot refund the cost of order or shipping charges. Rock Paper Scissor Designs and the USPS are not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered when they have a "delivered" status.

Once your order is shipped via USPS, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment through the USPS’s website or via the tracking link provided.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us by email.

If you live in Bend and want to pick up your order in person:
we will need to schedule a date and time for pick up once your product is available to take home.
If the product is in stock, this usually can be within a few business days or sooner depending on our schedules.
If the product is made to order, this lead time will be 3-4 weeks depending on the product and my production schedule for your item.
When we meet up it will likely be at Mud Lake Studios in Bend, Oregon in the Iron Works District or another location mutually convenient.
Every piece is handcrafted with love, care, and intention. Minor variations in form, texture, or glaze are a natural part of artisanal ceramics and reflect the uniqueness of our small-batch process — not imperfections.
